1. Introduction

The organization Movipack M.S.L. has agreed to make its website accessible, in accordance with the Royal Decree 1112/2018, of September 7, on the accessibility of websites and applications for mobile devices in the public sector.
This accessibility statement applies to the website https://www.movipack.es/.

2. Application in the national context

This website is fully compliant with national legislation transposing Directive (EU) 2016 of the European Parliament and of the Council.

2.1 National context

All the requirements of the standard or technical specification are met without exception. All the accessibility criteria of the UNE-EN 301549:2019 standard (equivalent to the requirements of level of conformity A and AA of WCAG 2.1) other than “Not Applicable” are evaluated, at the website or mobile application level, as “Compliant”. 5. Application procedure

If, once a request for accessible information or complaint has been made, it has been rejected, the decision is not agreed, or the response does not meet the requirements set forth in article 12.5, the person concerned may initiate a claim. Likewise, a claim may be initiated in the event that the period of twenty business days has elapsed without having obtained a response.

The claim can be submitted through the Generic Instance of the Electronic Headquarters of the Ministry of Economic Affairs, as well as in the rest of the options included in Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.
